We never include pricing information with orders, so you are good to go!

As long as your order hasn't been packed and shipped yet, we can usually modify or cancel it. Send us an email at hello@nuttyhero.com to modify or cancel your order.

This issue occasionally happens when a payment on our online store fails due to an incorrect billing address entered or wrong CVV. Depending on your bank, a charge may show up as 'pending charges' or 'authorized transactions' but will not proceed to get charged. A quick call to your bank should be able to confirm if the charge actually went through or not. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, email us at hello@nuttyhero.com and we'll work double-time to resolve the issue.

When you order products are a subscription, they are automatically charged delivered on your selected schedule. Subscriptions are processed for a minimum 3 billing cycles after which you can cancel your subscription at any time.

All subscriptions are billed for a minimum of 3 cycles. This minimum billing enables us to offer free shipping in addition to the subscription discounts. You can manage your subscription via automatic subsciption emails or by logging into your account (top right corner of the website).

We currently only ship our products within Canada and the US. Drop us a line at hello@nuttyhero.com if you would like to see NuttyHero products in your state/country.

If you received broken or damaged products, email us at hello@nuttyhero.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product and we'll do our best to make things right ASAP.

We currently do not offer order pickups, however, we do offer free local delivery on orders over $49 in Burlington, ON. View our Shipping Policy for more information.

Food items are not eligible for a return/refund. For all other items, we have a 15-day return and refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. View our Refund Policy for more information on initiating a return for non-food products.

The shelf life for all NuttyHero Nut & Seed Butters is 1 year from the manufacture date. Note that oil separation is normal as our products do not contain any added stabilizers or emulsifiers.

We analyzed the nutrition profiles of various nuts & seeds and only selected ones that significantly contributed to the overall nutrition and taste i.e. The Elite!

Since we do not use any added stabilizers like palm oil, hydrogenated oil or lecithin, oil separation is a natural process that occurs in our nut & seed butters. If you notice a layer of oil on top, simply stir the oil back into the NuttyHero jar with a butter knife and enjoy! Additional information on oil separation can be viewed on the Government of Canada website.

All NuttyHero Nut & Seed Butters are proudly handmade in small batches at our Commercial Production facility located at 18-1158 King Road, Burlington (Ontario).

Unopened NuttyHero Nut & Seed Butters do not need to be refrigerated but should be stored in a cool dark place. We recommend refrigeration after opening for optimal quality and to extend shelf life.

Any way you like! We like it straight off the spoon, however, NuttyHero is a great alternative to regular peanut, nut and seed butters and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. Visit our Recipes section for yummy ideas!

Gluten, Soy, Lactose: Our Burlington (Ontario) production facility is a dedicated gluten-free, soy-free and lactose-free facility. Additionally, we source ingredients from verified suppliers to ensure all ingredients entering the facility are free from gluten, soy and lactose.

Peanuts: We do process peanuts at our facility. Although trace amounts of peanuts may be present in our products, every care is taken to prevent cross-contamination including storage and handling protocols to prevent Peanut cross-contamination.

Vegan: All our flavours except 'Honey Vanilla' are vegan.

Keto: With only 1-2 grams of total sugars (3-5 grams of carbs) per serving, NuttyHero is the perfect low-sugar, keto friendly treat!

Paleo: With 100% natural and unrefined ingredients, NuttyHero Butters are a great option if you follow a paleo diet.

Although nuts & seeds are naturally high in healthy fats, fibre, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants, they are a relatively high-calorie food. Generally, nut and seed butters should be eaten in moderation as part of a healthy balanced diet. We cannot provide any specific recommendations on serving sizes as there are many factors that could affect individual calorie intake and nutritional needs. Consulting a registered dietician is the best way to determine your optimal recommended serving size for nut and seed butters.

All that said, 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 grams) of NuttyHero should provide you with a burst of nutrition and energy!
