Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp of your favourite NuttyHeroย Nut & Seed Butter(we used Maple Cinnamon)
  • 1 Banana (mashed)
  • 3/4 cup Oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Whole rolled oat
  • 1 Egg (or flaxseed egg)
  • 1/2 cup Dairy (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup Honey (or Maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (optional)
How to Make:
  1. Preheat oven at 325F and line muffin tray with muffin cups.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together (Blueberries at the end when the batter is mixed well).
  3. Let muffin batter sit for 10 mins.
  4. Scoop batter into muffin cups and sprinkle oats on top.
  5. Bake at 325F for 20-22 mins.
  6. Drizzle some more of your favourite NuttyHeroย on top of the muffins before serving and enjoy ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‹
