Shipping Policy

All subscriptions ship for FREE in Canada, with a minimum of 2 billing cycles.

We offer Free Shipping on Canadian orders* where pre-tax order value is $59 and over. For orders $50-59 shipping is $5 and under $50, a $10 flat rate shipping applies.

To qualify for free shipping, your order (including bundles) must meet the minimum order value after any discount codes have been applied.

All orders are shipped from Burlington, Ontario. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

NOTE: Certain PO Boxes, remote, northern, and rural regions (including Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon) may not qualify for free shipping due to elevated delivery costs. Additional shipping charges may apply. NuttyHero Inc. reserves the right to cancel and refund orders where shipping costs are prohibitively high.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Once an order is transferred to a 3rd-party courier service for delivery, shipment timelines and delays are out of our control. In the event of a shipment delay, we will work with the customer and courier service to get the parcel delivered at the earliest, however, NuttyHero Inc. does not provide refunds or compensation for orders that experience delays but are successfully delivered.

Courier-lost Packages
In the event that orders are confirmed lost by the courier, NuttyHero Inc. will ship a replacement order to the customer.

Stolen/Missing Packages (after successful delivery)
Once an order has been confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, NuttyHero is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, missing, or stolen. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for these orders, as circumstances occurring after successful delivery are beyond our control.
