Nutty Oats & Banana Smoothie

- 1/2 cup rolled oats (50 g)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 mL)
- 1/2 cup water or (120 mL)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (120 mL)
- 2 tbsp NuttyHero Maple Cinnamon
- Add rolled oats to a blender and blend until the oats are the size of a fine crumb
- Add 1 tbsp NuttyHero, banana, milk, ice cubes, water and blend well.
- Pour in a glass.
- Top with 1 tbsp NuttyHero Maple Cinnamon and get it in ya!
