Nutty Oats & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (50 g)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 mL)
  • 1/2 cup water or (120 mL)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (120 mL)
  • 2 tbsp NuttyHero Maple Cinnamon Nut & Seed Butter
How To Make:
  1. Add rolled oats to a blender and blend until the oats are the size of a fine crumb
  2. Add 1 tbsp NuttyHero, banana, milk, ice cubes, water and blend well.
  3. Pour in a glass.
  4. Top with 1 tbsp NuttyHero Maple Cinnamon and get it in ya!
  5. Get out there and be your best 👌😄
