Breakfast Sweet Potato

Topping random goodies on a sweet potato always seems to make for a quick, easy and delicious meal, doesn't it? After all, everything tastes good with sweet potato 😄 Sweet potatoes are nutritious, high in fiber and very filling, so dig in to this delicious recipe to power up your day ⚡👌

Ingredients:
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • NuttyHero Maple Cinnamon
  • Plain coconut yogurt
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Cinnamon

How to Make:

  1. Roast the sweet potato at 350°F for 20 minutes in an air fryer (or oven) then increase the temp to 400°F for the last 10 minutes to lightly crisp!
  2. Add a couple of scoops of coconut yogurt and sliced banana.
  3. Drizzle Maple Cinnamon NuttyHero Nut and Seed Butter because maple cinnamon and sweet potato are truly a match made in heaven 🍁🧡
  4. Sprinkle some salt & cinnamon and enjoy!
