Topping random goodies on a sweet potato always seems to make for a quick, easy and delicious meal, doesn't it? After all, everything tastes good with sweet potato 😄 Sweet potatoes are nutritious, high in fiber and very filling, so dig in to this delicious recipe to power up your day ⚡👌

Ingredients:- 1 sweet potato
- 1 banana, sliced
- NuttyHero Maple Cinnamon
- Plain coconut yogurt
- Himalayan pink salt
- Cinnamon
How to Make:
- Roast the sweet potato at 350°F for 20 minutes in an air fryer (or oven) then increase the temp to 400°F for the last 10 minutes to lightly crisp!
- Add a couple of scoops of coconut yogurt and sliced banana.
- Drizzle Maple Cinnamon NuttyHero Nut and Seed Butter because maple cinnamon and sweet potato are truly a match made in heaven 🍁🧡
- Sprinkle some salt & cinnamon and enjoy!
