Chocolate Avocado Pudding with a twist!

Decadent dessert alert! I've taken chocolate avocado pudding to the next level by incorporating the creamy, dreamy Honey Vanilla NuttyHero nut & seed butter into both the pudding and whipped cream! The result? A rich, velvety treat that's as indulgent as it is nutritious. Trust me, you'll want to whip up a batch (or two, or three...) of this Whipped Chocolate Avocado Pudding ASAP!


Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
2 tbsp Honey Vanilla NuttyHero nut & seed butter
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp liquid honey
1/2 cup Milk
250ml Whipping cream

How to make:
The pudding base:

  1. Put the avocados, 1 tbsp Honey Vanilla NuttyHero nut & seed butter, the cocoa powder, liquid honey and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more milk as needed to be able to blend it all together but not too much so it remains thick.Ā 

The whipped cream:

  1. Pour the whipping cream into a cold metal bowl and add 1 tbsp NuttyHero.
    Blend until the cream turns into thick whipped cream.
  2. Tip- before making the whipped cream, put the metal bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill it. Also put a soft ice pack under the bowl when whipping the cream. This will make it easier to whip the cream.
