Nut Butter & Coconut Rice Krispie Squares

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cups marshmallows
- 1/4 cup NuttyHero nut & seed butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal (or whatever generic brand works too)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Toast the shredded coconut in a small pan on medium heat until golden brown.
- Add the butter and marshmallows to a large heat-proof bowl.
- Microwave for 1-minute intervals on medium power, stirring between each until they are both melted.
- Stir in the NuttyHero nut & seed butter. (We used the Coconut Crunch flavour).
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Then stir in the Rice Krispies.
- Press into the pan and sprinkle the toasted shredded coconut on top
- Drizzle some additional NuttyHero on top at the end if you like!
