PEACH RASPBERRY OATS & NUT BUTTER MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Honey Vanilla NuttyHero nut & seed butter
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- Âź cup agave syrup
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Âź tsp salt
- 1 cup diced peaches
- 36 raspberries
HOW TO MAKE
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with muffin liners and spray with nonstick cooking spray to prevent oatmeal cups from sticking.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the nut butter, melted butter, eggs, agave syrup, milk and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
- Next stir in dry ingredients: oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; stir well to combine. Fold diced peaches into the batter.
- Evenly distribute oatmeal batter between muffin liners. Place three raspberries on top of each muffin. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Drizzle with nut butter before serving.
